Hot Air Balloon Festival!

Howdy! Long time no post! So the REDSOX ROCK! Can't WAIT for the World Series game tonight! Although, we have the Halloween Parade in town tonight, so we will miss the first inning or two! We are good parents and took the kids to the Hot Air Balloon Festival at Long Branch Manor on Sunday, in lieu of watching the Redskins game...now THAT is dedication baby... and it was GORGEOUS out! Too busy with my wine and kids to take many photos and there ended up being a wind advisory, so only like 8 balloons launched instead of 30+, so not much of a photo opp like last time we came. Anyhow, it was fun, here are a few photos! Note Jaimie in the foreground of the one with the sun...her hair glowing in her silhouette! heeheehee! She aCTUALLY let me keep a ponytail in for once! yay!

I have always loved my Grandmallllll's poor arthritic hands...poor thing! Unfortunately the gene is being passed on to Tana & I! Good grief! Anyhow....I will always remember her hands...

Old Friends....and photos of my kids... :)

YAY! I touched base with an old old old family friend who I grew up with like a sister! My dearest Heather!! She found me on Myspace...which is funny b/c I forgot I even had an account on there! LOL! Anyhoooooooo...she reached out and we haven't seen/spoken in over 5-6 years! And even longer before that last time! She works in Vienna so we are having lunch on Wed! YAY! Isn't life full of pleasant surprises!! :)

And ofcourse...some photos of the day that I took over the weekend while taking the kids to visit Gigi and Auntie Neesie! Have a wonderful week! :)

Fenway & Boston Harbor...sweeeeeeeet!

Here are some fun shots I took at Boston Harbor and Fenway (Jeff took those photos) when we visited Jeff's mom and Bill over Labor Day! It was a GORGEOUS fall day and we had a wonderful time! Caiden went to Fenway for the first time with Jeff!! They did the tour in the morning so Caiden got to see all of the park and go up to all the different parts of the seats, etc. Then they went back for a game and he had a BLAST!! A day he will never forget! YAY! The next day we went on the Constitution "Ol' Iron Sides" which was one of the coolest things I have ever seen...and I am NOT a history buff, but it ROCKED. Then we went on a big other kinda boat...can't remember what they are called right now...but you see the photo of it...it is metal and cooooool! I could post photos all day.....but I will go be a domesticated wife&mom instead...siiiiiiiiiiiiigh :) Do you like em'? :)

Another One Bites the Dust!

Well, I watched another friend go down the road of marriage today! YAY! I love seeing ma boyzzz fall in love and get married! This time it was my little peanut head Chris McCormick, LOVE that kid! Great wedding, great bride, great fun! Thought I'd share a few random fun photos I took...you know me...always seeing life through a camera...I was the dork in the corner photographing spider webs! God help me.....

Poor Jaimie!

Poor little girl, she was having very labored and fast breathing yesterday and it freaked me out so I got an immediate doc appt and they had to give her a steroid shot and she has to take nebulizer breathing treatments for the next few days! Thank God she is okay!
Caiden has a night football game at my old highschool tomorrow night! How fun is that! He will feel like a pro! :) Have a great weekend all! :)

Boating rocks...

so much fun with the kids on Sunday out boating in Southern Maryland! Jaimie loved the boat and the wind! We had a nice time...blew bubbles, ran around outside, yadda yadda yadda....good times! Fall is the best time of year I say...

Brett's First Baby Announcement! YAY!

So, I have never created an Announcement before and was hired to do one for a friend of mine after doing her daughters newborn photos in August! So, here it is! I hope you like it! It was fun figuring out how to make one!! :)
